With 20+ years of manufacturing knowledge, Joe is analytical and results-oriented, with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, sales, business development, project management, custom engineering, automation technology, contract negotiations, and customer service. Joe holds a BSEE degree and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Bruce is a proven strategic and operational leader. Prior to joining IMT in April 2011, Bruce held key management and Board positions with a variety of growth companies for over 20 years. Starting his career with Ernst & Young, a global tax and financial services firm, Bruce moved into management roles with financial institutions such as BMO Capital Corporation, a subsidiary of one of the largest banks in Canada, and with operating companies such as a large open die forging company with plants in Canada and the United States. He has been a board of directors member for over 15 private companies, 3 public companies and 2 not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Bruce is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
Bud has extensive experience in forging operations, engineering, and sales. A degreed mechanical engineer with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Bud’s responsibilities include leading the Sales Team, developing and executing sales strategies, and working to strengthen the position of the IMT Forge Group in the marketplace.

A Military Veteran, Jason gained is fundamental manufacturing education while serving in the US Air Force. Jason’s forge operations experience includes both estimating and design engineering and following several years on the sales team as a manager, in 2003 was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Clifford-Jacobs and in 2008 Corporate VP of Forge Group Sales. Since 2012 Jason has been General Manager of Clifford-Jacobs Forging and uses his extensive experience to lead continuous improvement throughout the company while holding a leadership role on the Forge Group team.

After developing his knowledge base in automotive related manufacturing, Shane joined Welland forge in April 2006, as President/General Manager and Owner at Welland Forge. In 2011 when Welland Forge was purchased by IMT, Shane moved into the role of Business Development for the IMT Forge Group and now is bringing his expertise to PC forge where he is General Manager. Shane graduated from Brock University having completed a business and marketing degree.
