Each Sales Manager represents all of the plants and forging, heat treating and machining capabilities of the full IMT Forge Group.
Working from Champaign, Illinois, with over 6 years of forge sales experience, Lori serves as the link between IMT Forge Groups’ various disciplines and customers. This includes a focus on advancing a global understanding of the steel forging industry for the benefit of customers.

For over 25 years in the forging industry, based out of Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada Syl has interacted with customers throughout North America to develop and maintain valuable partnerships resulting in favorable customer satisfaction. As a Certified Profession Purchaser from PMAC (Purchasing Management Association of Canada) Syl is an expert in understanding and solving the many challenges each customer faces resulting and a steady supply of quality custom closed die and upset forgings

General Manager / Sales, Welland Forge
Located in Welland, Ontario, Canada, Mike has spent most of his career in the forging industry having joined PC Forge shortly after graduation as an outside sales representative and then joining Welland Forge in 2003 as Sales Manager. Mike graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Business.

Based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Joe serves as a link between IMT Forge Groups’ internal engineering, customer service and inside sales and our external customers and manufactures representative network.
With 20+ years of manufacturing knowledge, Joe is analytical and results-oriented, with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, sales, business development, project management, custom engineering, automation technology, contract negotiations, and customer service. Joe holds a BSEE degree and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Bud has extensive experience in forging operations, engineering, and sales. A degreed mechanical engineer with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Bud’s responsibilities include leading innovation and related business development for the IMT Forge companies working to strengthen the position of the IMT Forge in the marketplace.
General Manager, Clifford-Jacobs Forging, Champaign, Illinois
Following his service in the US Air Force, Jason joined the Clifford-Jacobs team. Jason’s forge operations roles include Estimator, Design Engineer, and he has held management positions including Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. Since 2012 Jason has been General Manager of Clifford-Jacobs Forging and plays a key role on the IMT Forge leadership team.
General Manager, PC Forge, Port Colborne, Ontario
Dave is a degreed mechanical engineer with extensive Tier 1 automotive supplier experience including Process / Engineering Manager, Quality / Maintenance Manager and is a Six Sigma Blackbelt. Dave started with IMT Forge as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Welland Forge. He was later promoted to that site’s General Manager. In 2017 Dave’s was promoted to General Manager at IMT’s PC Forge in Port Colborne.

Controller, Clifford-Jacobs Forging, Champaign, Illinois
As Controller, Lindsay is responsible for executing the company’s financial reporting as well as ensuring that these documents comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Since joining Clifford-Jacobs in early 2012, she has assumed responsibilities and oversees the cost accounting functions which include standardized cost setting, variance analysis and reporting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing close processes. Additionally, she manages the payables, receivables, capitalize assets, and MRO procurement procedures. Prior to Clifford-Jacobs, she has held similar roles within manufacturing accounting departments serving the steel, foundry, and energy industry sectors. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from Northern Illinois University, along with both her Master of Accountancy and MBA. She is in the final process of obtaining both licenses for Certified Public Accounting and Certified Management Accounting.
